Life since Penn State has been an incredible journey! I'm happily married and have a little boy - I've traveled the world speaking at various conferences and universities and am the CEO of one of the fastest growing companies in the United States. In 2008 I wrote a best-selling book (www.amazon.com/pepperjam) that has sold tens of thousands of copies. I sit on various public and private boards and really enjoy being involved in my community.
